  • Internship Period Spring
  • Internship Year 2026

Opportunity Description

Redemption Business Solutions, Honesdale, PA

Redemption Business Solutions (RBS) is a SaaS startup building Ownly—an AI-powered ERP platform tailored to the unique needs of small independent retailers. The platform integrates inventory management, flexible payment structuring, and CRM tools into a single cloud-based system, helping independent retailers streamline their operations and boost profitability.

We are seeking a graduate-level Lead Developer Intern to oversee a team of software engineering interns and help accelerate our product development during the fall build cycle. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone with strong coding skills, experience managing projects and small teams, and a passion for early-stage product innovation. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO of RBS and gain firsthand experience leading a development team inside a venture-backed tech startup.

Practice applying your leadership and engineering skills with a high-impact, early-stage business. RBS is building a powerful ERP solution that’s already in use across several internal business units. This fall, you’ll lead a team of up to 4 junior interns as they expand product features, test new modules, and prepare the platform for public beta. You’ll be involved in both coding and project oversight, managing Git repos, monitoring timelines, and working closely with startup leadership to ensure product quality, team coordination, and delivery milestones are met.
