This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing at a technology company working in the life sciences and regulatory space. You will create content for multiple channels, research industry audiences and competitors, organize marketing workflows, and evaluate campaign performance. KeyPedia expects to select one intern across three available tracks: Software Engineering, Product and Brand Design, or Growth Marketing. Logistics:

• Paid eight-week Winter/Spring internship
• Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week
• $17 per hour
• In-person internship based in Scranton, PA
• One intern will be selected across the three available internship tracks

Qualifications

• A relevant work sample demonstrating experience with marketing, content, copywriting, video, design, analytics, or a related area
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Strong visual judgment
• Comfortable learning new tools and improving work based on feedback
• Able to work in person in Scranton for 8 to 10 hours each week
• Authorized to work in the United States

Projects & Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of how content creation, audience research, campaign planning, and performance measurement work together to support the growth of a technology company.

• Create clear and engaging content for websites, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Research target audiences, competitors, and relevant industry conversations.
• Organize and maintain a simple publishing and campaign workflow.
• Track engagement and conversion signals and recommend improvements.
