However, this business is owned and operated by Danielle Fleming and Mark Bonfiglio of Noteology &amp; Olfactif in Scranton, PA and you will be working at the Noteology location at 537 Wyoming Ave. in Scranton for this internship.</p>
<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>
<p>In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience across social media, SEO, and AI-driven marketing, working on real projects that directly impact the business. They will also be exposed to real-world revenue management strategies, including pricing optimization and market analysis, while building portfolio-worthy content and campaigns they can showcase in the future. Throughout the internship, they will work closely with Danielle receiving direct mentorship and insight into growing a hospitality brand.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has a strong interest in marketing, hospitality, or entrepreneurship and has experience with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), along with current social media trends. They should have a basic understanding of SEO or a willingness to learn, and be organized, proactive, and creative in their approach to projects. Comfort with using or learning AI tools, ChatGPT and Claude, is also important, as these will play a role in marketing and optimization efforts.</p>

<p><strong>Social Media &amp; Content Creation</strong></p>

<li>Create engaging content using existing photo/video assets that align with the brand voice</li>
<li>Schedule and publish content across platforms while tracking performance (engagement, reach, saves, etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct competitive research on similar vacation rental brands while identifying trends and content opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Digital Marketing &amp; SEO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with SEO optimization by helping to create blog content to drive organic traffic while using human, AI and LLMs</li>
<li>Conduct keyword and competitor research while analyzing performance and suggest improvements</li>
<li>Assist in creating and scheduling email &amp; SMS campaigns, optimize automation flows with CTA and ROI analyses</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>General Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Entrepreneurship coursework of any collegiate level</li>
<li>Experience in social media marketing and management is required</li>
<li>Experience in AI and LLMs is preferred</li>
<li>Strong time and project management skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication, basic math and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Positive, professional, outgoing personality with a hands-on attitude</li>
<li>Strong technology and Microsoft Suite skills</li>
<li>Interest in entrepreneurship and small business operations</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
</ul>
