Join the Condron Sweda Advertising team as they develop and place creative traditional and digital media for their clients. As part of this on-site internship, you’ll receive top mentorship and focus on content creation for the firm’s well-recognized customers!

Logistics:

• Summer (June, July, & August 2026) 12-week-long internship, with a minimum of 10 hours/week
• $12.50/hour
• On-site. Business location in Clarks Green, PA (Lackawanna County)
• For-credit optional*

Qualifications:

• Content creation and video editing skills
• Social media experience and understanding applicable to businesses is required
• Experience posting on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok &/or YouTube
• Canva familiarity (Adobe Suite a plus, but not required)
• Communications, Advertising, and Digital Marketing coursework
• Proven, high-quality writing and research skills

Projects: Develop innovative social media for Condron Sweda’s diverse business clientele

• Work with the Condron Sweda team to understand client vision, branding goals, and needs
• Conduct research, present findings, and gain feedback from the Condron Sweda team
• Combine your ideas, market research, and writing into social media-ready products
• Traditional advertising practices and insights, as well as creative development meetings
