This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product and brand design at a technology company working in the life sciences and regulatory space. You will improve the company’s website experience, create reusable design components, develop client-facing materials, and collaborate with the product and engineering teams. KeyPedia expects to select one intern across three available tracks: Software Engineering, Product and Brand Design, or Growth Marketing. Logistics:

• Paid eight-week Winter/Spring internship
• Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week
• $17 per hour
• In-person internship based in Scranton, PA
• One intern will be selected across the three available internship tracks

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating product, website, visual, or brand-design work
• Strong Figma fundamentals
• Careful attention to typography and layout
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Willingness to incorporate direct feedback into your work
• Able to work in person in Scranton for 8 to 10 hours each week
• Authorized to work in the United States

Projects & Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of how product design, brand consistency, documentation, and collaboration support the growth of a technology company and improve the experience of its users and clients.

• Improve website hierarchy, usability, and visual consistency.
• Build responsive Figma components and prepare clear design documentation.
• Create selected client-facing brand and presentation materials.
• Review implemented work with the product and engineering teams.
